A 7-stage wash system, laser descaling system, reverse osmosis water system, and an in-line zinc priming station are elements of MOR/ryde’s state of the art powder coating line. The latest technology in powder coat guns allows for color change-outs in 10 minutes or less and when combined with a wide variety of colors provides our customers with quick turnaround time for whatever powder coat color they need.
