Morryde is an amazing company. I thought twice why I decided to go up to IN during winter and come to be the coldest nasty weather so far in 2025.

After getting there, I realized why because they treat you with the utmost respect like family. The check-in process was easy. Sean came out, greeted us, and asked to pull forward so Sergio and his team could measure. Sean talked to us about the process, and then I back the trailer into the garage. Once again, the mechanics talked to me about the process and started work.

Monica up front greeted us with a great attitude and offered her assistance while visiting. The lounge was full of all kinds of drinks and snacks. A lunch menu was handed out each day of our visit to order from. Sean took whoever wanted on a tour of the facilities and introduced us to many more products they produce and some of the people doing the work. Everyone was willing to talk about the products and work.

The group there with us seemed to have a bit of extra on our hands with outside of morryde issues (truck, unit landing gear, etc). They gave suggestions on where to get parts and who could help.

I know why I decided to travel all the way up there to have the manufacturer install their IS system with Disk brakes bc it was the customer service I keep reading about. Great work, family.

Extra thanks to Monica and Sean for the after-hours research on the help I needed and allowing an extra day on campus to stay in the unit after yall were already completed.

The products are great, which made the unit pull so much better and stopped amazingly. Added some step treads, bought x brace and cord keeper, and the tray cleans up my storage as well.

Thank you all! I will visit again one day but NOT in the winter LOL
