Thanks!

Two weeks ago today, we were broken down in a parking lot with a busted leaf spring, unsure of when our fifth wheel would be fixed. I had contemplated upgrading to the IS for one too many trips. We still can’t believe how fortunate we were to get in so quickly and have the IS installed—thanks to all of you!

My first call was with Kaytie, who took the time to answer all of my questions and offered help with our current situation. Lindsey then took over, reaching out several times to gather the necessary information and walk us through the process. She quickly let us know when a scheduling slot opened up, and we were able to jump on it.

Shawn, as I mentioned before—you’d never know you’ve only been with MORryde for less than a year. You were fantastic at answering questions, keeping us informed, and giving us the tour. The ladies at the front desk also took great care of us—thank you!

We just wanted to express our sincere gratitude to everyone involved. We’ve never had a customer experience quite like this. You, your teams, and your leadership should be incredibly proud of what you’ve built.

Shawn, please pass along our thanks to Sergio and his team for their excellent work and kindness.

The accommodations during our stay, the delicious lunches, and the factory tour were all outstanding—and the ride home was even better 😊. What a difference the IS and disc brakes made!

Thanks again,
Dave & Kathie Hoffman
